US v. Valdez-Maltos, 05-40869

A conviction and sentence for being found unlawfully present in the United States following deportation is affirmed over claims of error regarding: 1) admission of evidence; 2) a determination that defendant's prior burglary offense was a crime of violence; and 3) and a constitutional challenge to 8 U.S.C. section 1326(b).
