Dismissal, pursuant to the National Childhood Vaccine Injury Act, of all claims in an action brought on behalf of children who suffered neurological damage allegedly caused by vaccines containing a preservative that in turn contained mercury is reversed as to dismissal of claims against certain defendants relating to the manufacture, marketing, design, or distribution of the preservative.
