US v. Howard, 05-30372

A sentence pursuant to a plea for being a felon in possession of a firearm is affirmed over a claim that he was incorrectly assessed an enhancement under the Armed Career Criminal Act and the sentencing guidelines when the Government failed to give notice that it intended to seek such an enhanced sentence.
