Petition for review of a denial of a petition for asylum is denied where there was no error in a finding that circumstances in Kosovo had changed to such degree that petitioner's fear of future persecution was no longer "well-founded," and the evidence petitioner presented did not compel a conclusion that she was entitled to humanitarian asylum.
