Dismissal of defendant's successive habeas petition challenging a capital murder conviction and death sentence is affirmed where defendant failed to meet the due diligence requirement of the Anti-Terrorism and Effective Death Penalty Act (AEDPA) with regards to his claims of prosecutorial misconduct.
