United States Fifth Circuit

Ramirez-Molina v. Ziglar, 03-50596

Grant of habeas corpus relief from reinstatement of a removal order is reversed since the REAL ID Act forecloses habeas review of removal orders and converts habeas petitions to petitions for review. Petition for review of the reinstatement of petitioner's removal order is dismissed for lack of jurisdiction.
