United States Fifth Circuit

Positive Software Solutions, Inc. v. New Century Mortgage Corp., 04-11432

Judgment vacating an arbitration award in a copyright and trade secrets case is vacated insofar as it impermissibly regulated a subsequent arbitration but otherwise affirmed where an arbitrator was required to disclose a previous relationship with counsel in the arbitration because it might have created an impression of possible bias.
