United States Fifth Circuit

Guillory v. PPG Indus., Inc., 04-31073

Summary judgment for individual defendants on state-law claims for injuries resulting from a release of hazardous materials is affirmed where district court did not err in concluding that defendants were improperly joined to defeat diversity jurisdiction, and plaintiffs have no reasonable possibility of recovery against defendants.
