US v. DAVIS, 03-41026

Defendant's convictions for bribery, mail fraud, money laundering, and conspiracy are affirmed over his challenges to 1) the use of race-based peremptory strikes, 2) the denial of his motion to dismiss on the basis of a breached plea agreement, and 3) the denial of a motion for mistrial based on the jury's improper consideration of extrinsic evidence.
