DELL COMPUTER CORP. v. RODRIGUEZ, 03-50866

In a suit for breach of an employment agreement, judgment in favor of defendant-employer is reversed where the trial court incorrectly ruled that the agreement was unambiguous, which resulted in the improper exclusion of parole evidence favorable to plaintiff.
