Plaintiff-intervenor unsuccessfully challenged an injunction preventing it from receiving public aid for educational purposes where the district court correctly concluded that 1) plaintiff failed to integrate its school from 1974-1999, 2) it has never had any Black faculty, and 3) plaintiff has not met its burden for dissolving or modifying the injunction.
