AMERICAN HOME ASSURANCE CO. v. UNITED SPACE ALLIANCE, 03-20241

In an insurance policy liability dispute, denial of plaintiff's request for a declaratory judgment that it did not owe defendant a duty to defend is affirmed; denial of its judgment as a matter of law motion seeking reversal of the jury's verdict that it breached its duty to defend under the policy is also affirmed.
