JOHNSON v. STATE OF LOUISIANA, 03-30087, 03-30185

Individual defendants did not violate plaintiff's First Amendment rights by firing him for making persistent, false accusations of sexual harassment; employers were entitled to rely on the conclusions of their reasonable investigation and their determination that plaintiff was not credible. Jury verdict for plaintiff reversed; remanded to enter judgment for defendants.
