United States Fifth Circuit

A conviction under a statute criminalizing the facilitation by one person of the intentional use of force by another person constitutes a crime of violence under the recklessness language of 18 U.S.C. section 16(b). Vietnamese alien is thus deportable as an aggravated felon.
