MORENO v. SUMMIT MORTGAGE CORP., 03-50134

Because the mortgage originator's sale of plaintiffs' mortgage loan was a bona fide secondary market transaction, that sale was not covered by the Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act. Summary judgment for defendants is affirmed.
