PINEDA v. UNITED PARCEL SERV., INC., 03-50268

There was sufficient evidence for the jury to have found that defendant employer retaliated against plaintiff because he engaged in the protected activities of filing a discrimination complaint and giving a deposition in a separate employment discrimination suit. The compensatory damages award was not excessive.
