United States Fifth Circuit
CORFIELD v. DALLAS GLEN HILLS LP, 03-10185
The citizenship of every underwriter subscribing to a Lloyd's policy need not be considered when determining whether complete diversity exists. The fact that other parties are bound by a judgment against one obligor or forced to indemnify an obligor is insufficient to bring their citizenship into consideration when they are not parties to the suit.
