WILLIAMS v. KAUFMAN COUNTY, 02-10500

Of several 42 U.S.C. section 1983 claims, plaintiffs successfully overcame the qualified immunity defense with regard to an illegal strip search by a law enforcement official. Claims of unlawful detention, invasion of privacy, and oral harassment were unsuccessful.
