US v. BREDIMUS, 02-11307
Conviction for knowingly and willfully traveling in foreign commerce for the purpose of engaging in a sexual act with a person under 18 years of age is affirmed where 18 U.S.C. section 2423(b)is not an invalid exercise of Congressional authority under the Commerce Clause and is not otherwise unconstitutional as applied to defendant.
