In an adversary action under 11 U.S.C. section 548 to recover assets from the bankrupt debtor's former husband, the distrcit court's grant o f summary judgment in favor of the former husban is affirmed where the state court proceedings dd not effect a transfer of the debtors' interest in property for less than reasonably equivalent value.
