Dismissal of plaintiff's action seeking confirmation of an arbitration award, for lack of standing, and the grant of comity to the Mexican Bankruptcy court ruling are vacated where defendants failed to demonstrate that plaintiffs were afforded notice and an opportunity to be heard in the proceedings leading to the Mexican court's decision.
