WILLIAMS v. KAUFMAN COUNTY, 02-10500

Denial of unlawful detention, invasion of privacy, and oral harassment claims brought against a sheriff and county under 42 U.S.C. section 1983 is affirmed; judgment for plaintiffs on illegal strip search, municipal liability, and related claims is also affirmed.
