United States Fifth Circuit

BOLEN v. DENGEL, 02-30574/30929

The United States Trustee's interpretation of 28 U.S.C. section 586(e) was reasonable, as that statute does not prohibit the Attorney General from instituting an "expense first" method of calculating a standing trustee's expenses and compensation. (Revised opinion)
