CARSON v. DYNEGY, INC., 02-41279

In an infringement action, estoppel bars plaintiff's infringement claim in the 24HA Worksheet, used to process bids for electrical power over the Internet, however declaratory judgment on ownership and the determination that federal copyright law preempts plaintiff's state conversion claim are reversed.
