WHITE v. ASCENSION PARISH SCH. BD., 02-30845

Consistent with the Individuals with Disabilities in Education Act, a school district has the right to select a centralized location for providing services to a hearing-impaired child, notwithstanding the child's parent's request that services be provided instead at his neighborhood school.
