Convention on the Recognition and Enforcement of Foreign Arbitral Awards and the responsibilities of the U.S. under the treaty, the district court abused its discretion in granting a preliminary injunction prohibiting defendant from prosecuting an action it instituted in Indonesia to annul a Swiss arbitration award.
