United States Fifth Circuit

IN THE MATTER OF DENNIS, 02-30765

In discharging a debt, the bankruptcy court did not clearly err in finding that debtor 1) lacked actual intent to defraud under 11 U.S.C. section 727(a)(2)(A), and 2) kept and filed adequate financial records. Property settlement incurred in divorce was dischargeable.
