WILKERSON v. STALDER, 02-30516

Denial of prison officials' qualified immunity motions to dismiss inmates' 42 U.S.C. section 1983 claims, arising from extended lockdowns and "sham" reviews of those lockdowns, is affirmed where it is unclear whether the confinement resulted from prisoners' initial classification.
