PACE v. BOGALUSA CITY SCH. BD., 01-31026

ADA Title II, Rehabilitation Act, and Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA) claims against state defendants are barred by state sovereign immunity. Plaintiff was not denied a "free appropriate public education" under the IDEA.
