BEAN v. BUREAU OF ALCOHOL, TOBACCO AND FIREARMS, 00-40304
The District Court's ruling that it had jurisdiction, under 18 U.S.C. section 925(c), to review plaintiff's application for relief from federal firearm disabilities is affirmed. 925(c) also permits judicial supplementation of the record to prevent a miscarriage of justice.
