FOUST v. MCNEILL, 01-60774

Sheriff and deputy were not entitled to absolute immunity to claims arising from the officers' seizure of store premises and turning over of inventory, in disregard of limits in a writ of replevin. Defendants were entitled to qualified immunity for Fourth and Fourteenth Amendment violations.
