HAMILTON v. UNITED HEALTHCARE OF LOUISIANA, INC., 01-31179

The district court's determination, that plaintiff's obligation to pay for reimbursement of benefits paid by defendant as plaintiff's group health insurer do not qualify as a "debt" under the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, is reversed. (Revised opinion)
