US v. RAYO-VALDEZ, 02-10010

A conviction for illegal re-entry is affirmed because 1) sexual abuse of a minor is a crime of violence under U.S.S.G. section 2L1.2, and 2) a prior aggravated felony is not an element of the crime of illegal re-entry, for purposes of a challenge to the sufficiency of an indictment.
