United States Fifth Circuit

COLLIER v. COCKRELL, 01-10803

Court's refusal to inform the jury, that defendant would have not been eligible for parole for forty years had he been given a life sentence, or allow voir dire on that issue, did not violate defendant's constitutional rights. Defendant's right of self-representation was not denied.
