In appeals arising from a contract for the sale of nutria skins, 1) an individual acting as a disclosed agent during contract negotiations was shielded from liability under the Louisiana Unfair Trade Practices Act, but waived a capacity defense to a detrimental reliance claim, and 2) admission of an indemnity agreement for impeachment purposes was proper.
