GREEN v. ADMINS. OF THE TULANE EDUC. FUND, 00-30530, 00-31118

In the Title VII context, where a supervisor's harassment of the plaintiff was not sexual, but occurred only after his consensual relationship with the plaintiff failed, the critical issue was whether the plaintiff was exposed to disadvantageous terms or conditions of employment to which members of the opposite sex were not.
