Defendants who operated website under registered domain name, for which name plaintiff held a trademark, for a commercial purpose not connected with the bona fide offering of goods or services, thereby preventing plaintiff from identifying its goods and services on the internet, properly held to be in violation of the Anti- Cybersquatting Consumer Protection Act (ACPA) and Texas' Anti- Dilution Statute; injunction ordering defendant to transfer domain name to plaintiff, and awarding plaintiff statutory damages under the ACPA, as well as post-judgment interest and costs, affirmed.
