Since there is no "intentional acts" exception to the exclusive remedy provision of the Louisiana Products Liability Act, plaintiff's intentional tort claims against a drug manufacturer are precluded under the Louisiana Civil Code for damages allegedly caused by drug. (Revised opinion)
