United States Fifth Circuit

ST. PAUL GUARDIAN INS. CO. v. CENTRUM GS LTD., 00-11339

The acts of terminating an employee and posting a "Wanted Poster," containing personal information about the employee in order to warn building tenants, are consistent with the business of owning and managing property, and therefore fall under the plain meaning of the term "business activity," for purposes of a CGL policy-s coverage.
