Where a petition for habeas relief merely suggests that a petition will be unsuccessful under 28 U.S.C section 2255's requirements for successive petitions, section 2255 is not rendered inadequate or ineffective, and a petitioner is not entitled to file a section 2241 petition in connection with the section 2255 savings clause.
