Where allowing plaintiffs' suit against non-signatory to contract would undermine the arbitration proceedings between plaintiffs and contract signatory, and certain equitable factors for compelling non-signatory to arbitration were not present, nonsignatory was entitled to a stay pending arbitration of plaintiffs' claims against signatory.
