SID PETERSON MEM'L HOSP. v. THOMPSON, 00-51138

Section 413.153 and 413.17 of the Medicare Regulations, which define related-parties and control, for purposes of hospital reimbursement of interest expenses on capital indebtedness from the purchase of its hospital facility, are valid under the Medicare statutes.
