THERMO TERRATECH v. GDC ENVIRO-SOLUTIONS, INC., 00-30723

Under Louisiana law, a Professional Liability exclusion applies only when the property damage arose from the negligent rendering of a professional service, and where the services could have been rendered by a non-professional, the fact that a professional actually provided the services does not make the exclusion applicable.
