US v. DANIELS, 99-10768

Bankruptcy fraud statute at 18 USC 157 is not void for vagueness, and court need not instruct jury about defendant's "good faith" belief in the lawfulness of his conduct if the given instructions permitted the jury to consider the presence or absence of good faith.
