MCLENNAN v. AM. EUROCOPTER CORP., INC., 99-41036

Plaintiff failed to prove that resistor-type fuel transmitters are per se unreasonably dangerous when installed on helicopters used for slinging, and common knowledge among helicopter pilots about the inadequacy of relying solely on a fuel guage defeats a failure to warn theory of product liability.
