US v. Sanchez, 174169

Affirming the sentence of a man who was placed on supervision after serving a fifteen year prison sentence for a federal firearm conviction pursuant to the Armed Criminal Career Act and promptly violated the terms by threatening to kill his teenage daughter and her mother because his challenge to the underlying conviction was not within the jurisdiction of the court to consider and the new term of supervised release was not plainly unreasonable.
