Dwoskin v. Bank of America, 171356

Affirming the grant of summary judgment to Bank of America in a suit brought against them under the Homeowners Protection Act claiming that the bank failed to make certain required disclosures in connection with their residential mortgage loans because these disclosures are only required under the act if lender-paid mortgage insurance is a condition of obtaining a loan, which was not the case in their situation.
