Denying a petition for the review of a case in which Maryland state police officers learned, during a traffic stop, that a man had entered the country illegally and detained and transported him to Immigration and Customs enforcement, after which the Board of Immigration Appeals affirmed the decision by an Immigration Judge rejecting his motion to suppress the statements made to the state officers and ICE and ordering his voluntary departure.
