Vacating and remanding the conviction of a man for possession of a firearm by a convicted felon because the court improperly applied a sentencing enhancement for a prior conviction for conspiracy to commit murder in aid of racketeering because that particular conviction did not require an overt act and was therefore broader than general conspiracy.
