United States Fourth Circuit
Sims v. Labowitz, 162174
Remanding a case in which a minor under investigation for child pornography relating to the alleged sexting of pictures of his erect penis brought suit claiming a Fourth Amendment violation of his privacy when an investigator forced him to strip and attempt to achieve an erection by masturbating because a reasonable police officer would have known that ordering a child to masturbate in the presence of others would unlawfully invade their right of privacy.
